A casserole is a very convenient and tasty dish that forms quickly and combines many different products. These products provide satiety, healthiness, unique taste and just a fabulous aroma. Note that this recipe involves the preparation of a casserole from vegetables and the most common pancakes.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 medium onions;
- 0.4 kg of fresh mushrooms;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes;
- dill greens;
- sunflower oil;
- 10 pancakes.
Ingredients for pouring:
- 300 g (25%) sour cream;
- 4 eggs;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe.
- Peel and wash all vegetables. Just chop the onion, as for frying. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Wash the dill and chop finely with a knife. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes, scald with boiling water and peel, and cut their pulp into slices.
- Heat sunflower oil in a skillet. Dip the onion in oil and lightly fry. Then add mushrooms to the onion, mix everything, season with salt and pepper and fry until the liquid evaporates.
- Drive the eggs into a plate, put sour cream there, season with salt and pepper and beat well with a fork (you can use a mixer).
- Take a large rectangular baking dish and brush it with a piece of butter.
- Divide all prepared ingredients into two or three parts, depending on the size of the mold.
- Cover the bottom of the form with pancakes.
- Cover the pancakes with grated cheese and chopped dill.
- Put the mushroom filling on top of the dill and flatten it with a spoon.
- Cover the filling with tomato slices and pour over the egg filling.
- Cover the egg filling with a layer of pancakes. Repeat this procedure until all ingredients are used up.
- Cover the last layer of the casserole with hard cheese.
- Place the filled form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes. The baking time is indicated approximately, as you need to take into account the peculiarities of the oven.
- Remove the prepared pancake casserole with mushrooms from the oven, leave to stand for 20-30 minutes, then cut in portions and serve with fresh vegetables.
