The combination of common ingredients makes pizza surprisingly popular in home cooking. And the variety of recipes is simply amazing. One of the most popular can be called meat pizza. It is made with chicken meat, sausages, minced meat.

- To prepare the dough:
- 200-300 g flour;
- 1 tsp dry yeast;
- 150 ml of warm milk;
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 1, 2 tsp salt.
- For filling:
- 200 g minced meat;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1-2 tomatoes;
- bulb.

Step 1
Dough preparation Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and knead into a tough dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Step 2
Preparing the meat filling Chop half the onion finely. Salt the minced meat and mix with the onion. Fry in a skillet until half cooked.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough lightly with a rolling pin. Tuck it into shape and form a low side. Brush the prepared dough with egg yolk. Then sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese.
Step 4
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove from the water, peel and chop finely. Or, simply cut each tomato in half and then chop the halves into half rings. Place them on the cheese in any order. Spread the cooled minced meat over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the pizza with another layer of grated cheese and let the product stand for 5-10 minutes before baking.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees. Place the pizza pan on the lower level and bake for 10-15 minutes. In order not to be mistaken, the readiness of the product can be checked as follows: open the oven and gently lift the edge of the dough with a long knife. If the bottom of the pizza is slightly browned, move the baking sheet to the top of the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and cut it into portions while still hot.
