To prepare a healthy casserole with squash and apple according to this recipe, you need to take:

- 200 g of Hercules oat flakes;

- 100 g of squash;

- 1 apple;

- 2 eggs;

- ½ cup flour;

- ½ glass of milk;

- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;

- 1 tbsp. l. butter;

- 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;

- salt;

- bread crumbs.

Pour 3 cups of cold water into a saucepan and boil it. Salt, add Hercules oat flakes to boiling water, stir and cook the porridge until tender (it should be thick). Then remove from heat and cool.

Wash the squash and apple, peel, cut into small cubes and add to the cooled porridge. Pour in wheat flour, beat in one raw egg, pour in milk, salt, sweeten and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
