A recipe for connoisseurs of Italian pasta. Canneloni is a paste in the form of large diameter tubes (about 1 cm), which are filled with various fillings.
It is necessary
- - cannelloni - 200 gr.;
- - bacon - 300 gr.;
- - tomatoes - 1 kg;
- - cheese - 250 gr.;
- - garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the filling. For this bacon and 300 gr. cut the tomato into cubes and fry.
Step 2
Next, stuff the cannelloni with bacon and tomatoes.
Step 3
Cooking tomato sauce. For this 700 gr. Chop tomatoes in a blender and add finely chopped garlic to them.
Step 4
Place the cannelloni in a baking dish and top with the tomato sauce. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle cannelloni cheese liberally and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

You can sprinkle the cannelloni with basil and cilantro before serving.
