    • 0.5 kg of apples;
    • 300 g carrots;
    • dill umbrellas.
    • For the marinade:
    • 150 ml of table vinegar;
    • 1 tbsp salt;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara;
    • 1 liter of water.

Step 1

Place clean and dry glass jars in a cold oven with the neck down and sterilize them for 15-20 minutes at 150-180 ° C. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate saucepan. You can sterilize cans in the traditional way on the stove, as well as in the modern way - in a microwave or airfryer.

Step 2

For marinating, select dense, dry zucchini without obvious damage. Better to take young fruits. Wash the zucchini with cold water and let it drain. Cut off the stalks and peel the fruit with a knife or peeler. Cut them into small cubes or semicircles. The seeds do not need to be removed. From the washed apples, preferably sweet but hard varieties, remove the core, rind and cut them into wedges. Peeled carrots are best cut into cubes.

Use an enamel saucepan to prepare the marinade. Fill it with filtered water and bring to a boil over high heat. Put salt, sugar and washed and dried dill in the water. Reduce heat slightly and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add vinegar, stir the marinade and turn off the stove. If desired, you can also add caraway seeds or peeled horseradish root pieces to the marinade.

Step 4

Tamp apples, carrots and zucchini in sterilized jars, fill with hot marinade. Then put the jars back in the oven and pasteurize at 100 ° C for 15-25 minutes without lids. The pasteurization time depends on the volume of the cans. After that, tightly close them with lids, and be careful: you cannot grab the neck. In order to prevent the banks from bursting, they must be turned upside down and placed in a dark place until they cool completely. Store workpieces in a cool, dark place.
