This incredibly aromatic and amazingly tasty dish will surely please all your household members. Cooking it is quite simple and quick. This borsch is not only tasty, but also incredibly healthy, as it contains green nettle and sorrel.

Ingredients:

  • Meat with bones (pork ribs are perfect);
  • 0.5 kg of potatoes;
  • 0.5 kg of beets;
  • Sorrel;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc;
  • Carrots - 1 pc;
  • 300 g ripe tomatoes;
  • Sunflower oil;
  • Salt, black pepper;
  • 3 eggs;
  • nettle, dill, celery, green onions and parsley.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to rinse the meat and, pouring water over it, put it on fire. In order for it to cook completely, it is necessary to let it boil for 90-120 minutes.
  2. After the allotted time has passed, the meat must be removed from the pan and cut into small pieces. Then it can be dipped back into the broth.
  3. While the meat is cooking, you need to wash and peel the vegetables. After that, the carrots and beets must be cut into small cubes, and the potato tubers - into cubes. The beets should be dipped in the stock first, so that they have time to cook.
  4. Then add potato cubes and pre-grated tomatoes to the pan, as well as salt. The broth should boil for another third of an hour.
  5. Meanwhile, you need to fry the carrots and sweet pepper cut into small strips in a preheated pan with the addition of oil. Put the contents of the pan into a saucepan and add sorrel there.
  6. Hard-boiled eggs should be peeled and cut into large pieces. Then you should rinse the greens and chop them with a sharp knife. Greens and eggs are added to borscht at the very end of cooking. After you add them to the rest of the products, you will need to remove the pan from the heat and add a little pepper to it.
  7. The finished dish must be infused.

Before serving, you can pour a little greens into each plate and add a spoonful of sour cream.
