The recipe for delicious scrambled eggs is extremely simple.

  • Finely chop onions (3 medium-sized pieces in a large frying pan) and fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
  • Add to the onion sausage "Doktorskaya" cut into small pieces or sausages (3-4 pcs.), Cut into thin washers. All this is also brought to light roastiness.

A ready-made dish is considered when all the protein has already lost its transparency (became white), and the yolks are just about to pass from a liquid state to a solid one. With strict adherence to the recipe, potential eaters will gather at the table by the enticing smell long before the dish is fully cooked. And the most important thing: in no case should you cover the pan with a lid at any stage of cooking, otherwise the dish will be spoiled!
