It is necessary

- - 4 tsp baking powder,
- - 4 tsp lemon juice
- - 100 ml of milk,
- - salt,
- - black pepper,
- - 1 kg of spinach leaves,
- - 400 g cherry,
- - 4 onions,
- - chopped nutmeg,
- - 400 g ham,
- - 4 tablespoons grated soft cheese
- - basil.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with baking powder, add lemon juice, milk and water - 400 ml. Season with salt and pepper and let sit for 60 minutes. Fry 8 thin pancakes from the mixture over high heat. Place on a plate, brush with butter and cover with a damp towel.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200C. Peel and wash the spinach. Wash the cherry too and cut it in half. Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry in oil in a pan, add tomatoes and spinach to it and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place the vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 3
Wrap a slice of ham in each pancake and roll it up. Place the ham pancakes over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for no more than 15 minutes.
