Chicken noodles are one of the most popular homemade dishes. Even the pickiest kids love this hearty food. Thanks to the correct recipe, the noodles are very tender and light. Various herbs give it a special aroma.

It is necessary

  • For noodles:
  • - flour;
  • - water - 0.5 cups;
  • - eggs - 6 pcs.
  • For the dish:
  • - garlic - to taste;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - red pepper - to taste;
  • - yolk;
  • - butter - for frying;
  • - black peppercorns - 15 pcs;
  • - celery - to taste;
  • - parsley to taste;
  • - dill - to taste;
  • - carrots - 1 pc;
  • - carnation - 4 pcs;
  • - red onion - 1 pc;
  • - water;
  • - salt;
  • - chicken - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

If the chicken is whole, separate the legs and head from the carcass. Scald the legs with boiling water and remove the upper skin from them, cut off part of the fingers with claws. Thoroughly clean your head, rinse everything with water and scald with boiling water again. If necessary, clean the carcass of feathers and burn with fire.

Step 2

Put a large pot of water on the fire and place the chicken inside. Bring to a boil over low heat. Salt a little, reduce heat and skim off the foam.

Step 3

Place the husked red onion in the boiling broth with a few tufts of cloves in it. Add the peeled carrots immediately. After a while, add dill, herbs, parsley, celery and 15 black peppercorns. The fire should be such that the broth is barely boiling.

Step 4

Cook the chicken until the meat begins to lag behind the legs, and clear clear juice comes out of the pierced breast. If so, remove the chicken and leave the legs and head to simmer.

Step 5

Separate the wings, legs and meat from the breast. Divide the breast into two and the legs into the shins and thighs. After the chicken pieces are dry and cool, season them with breadcrumbs using beaten egg yolk with salt, crushed garlic and red pepper.

Step 6

Fry the chicken pieces in several stages in butter until golden brown. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven.

Step 7

Remove the herbs, chicken head and legs, carrots and onions from the broth. You can cut carrots curly - to decorate the noodles.

Step 8

Using 6 eggs, water and flour, knead the dough. Hold the kneaded dough under a bowl for 30 minutes.

Step 9

Roll out the dough in circles, spread these circles on the table to dry. Next, roll them into a tube and cut into narrow ribbons. Hold the resulting noodles for a while to dry slightly.

Step 10

Cut the onion into rings, dice the carrots, and dice the tomatoes. Turn the Bulgarian rings into half rings. Sauté the cooked ingredients along with the whole green hot peppers. You can add dry herbs if desired.

Step 11

Transfer the broth to the broth, add salt and some sugar. Shake the dried noodles from the flour and start cooking. To boil the noodles, separate some of the broth, mix it with 5 liters of water and two tablespoons of salt added.

Step 12

After boiling the required amount of noodles, discard them in a colander, drain and arrange on plates. Add pieces of chicken meat, carrots there, fill everything with broth. Add chopped greens to the noodles.
