- - 450 g chicken breast fillet;
- - 80 g broccoli inflorescences;

- - 30 g flour;
- - 2 slices of white bread;

- - 200 ml of chicken broth;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Place a pot of water on the fire and blanch the broccoli for 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the onion and carrot into thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, to do this, constantly turn the pieces of meat. Remove the chicken from the pan. Add the oil to the skillet and fry the onions and carrots for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Add flour, stirring occasionally, and cook for another minute. Pour in milk and broth gradually. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Put the chicken back in the pan, add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer everything to a shallow ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Cut two slices of white bread into small cubes and grate the cheddar cheese. Pour the remaining butter into a small skillet and fry the bread cubes for 2 minutes, turning them over and over. Sprinkle them over the mass. Sprinkle with grated cheddar on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown. Serve hot.
