The most common set of foods: eggs, meat, vegetables, ketchup. But it turns out amazingly delicious!
It is necessary
- Serves 4:
- - 1 large onion;
- - 2-3 large cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of chicken;
- - 120 g of vegetable mixture (peas, corn, carrots);
- - 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
- - 2 tbsp. ketchup;
- - 400 g of cooked rice;
- - 8 eggs;
- - 6-7 tbsp. milk;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the ingredients for the omelet. To do this, beat the eggs in a bowl with the addition of milk and spices to taste. Set aside for the duration of the filling.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Also chop the chicken meat into small cubes. Place meat, onions and frozen vegetables in a skillet and sauté until tender. Add finely grated garlic, tomato paste and ketchup, last of all the cooked rice and stir, set aside from the stove.
Step 3
Preheat a greased skillet. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture over it and cook until slightly set. Then place the filling in the center of the pancake and gently shape the omurais. Make sure that the pancake does not turn out too dark and fried!
Step 4
Put the pancake on a plate and decorate with ketchup.
