- Melted butter - 1/3 cup;
- Water - 3 tablespoons;
- Vanillin - on the tip of a knife (or a packet of vanilla sugar);
- Flour / s - 3 and 1/3 cups;
- Salt - 3/4 tsp;
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons (honey can be used);
- Dry yeast - 2 tsp
- For filling:
- Cane sugar - 1 cup
- Cinnamon - 4 tablespoons;
- Butter (room temperature) - 3 tablespoons
- For glaze:
- Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup;
- Vanilla sugar / extract - 1/2 tsp;
- Milk - 4 tsp;
- Cream cheese "Mascarpone" - 2 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
We put in the yeast dough. First, we make a dough from half of warm (not hot!) Milk, sugar and yeast, let stand for 15 minutes in a warm place, so that the yeast "bubbles". Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. We leave in a warm place for 1, 5 hours (it is possible in the oven turned on at 40 degrees).
Step 2
On a floured surface, roll out the dough that has come up into a layer 5 mm high. Lubricate with softened butter. Mix cinnamon with cane sugar and spread evenly over the dough. Roll into a roll, cut into casters, put on baking paper and put in a warm oven for another 40 minutes. They should increase in size by 1.5 times at least.
Step 3
Bake at 190 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, but it all depends on your oven: remove as soon as they turn brown.
Step 4
For the icing, simply mix all the ingredients and coat the warm buns. Let cool a little and serve! Enjoy your tea!
