Here is a recipe for the popular American buns called Cinnabons (as they say in the common people). They got their name from a cafe-bakery in the United States called "Cinnabon", famous for cinnamon rolls and cream cheese.
It is necessary
- 1. Warm milk 200 ml;
- 2. Yeast (dry) 12 g;
- 3. Sugar 1, 5 tbsp;
- 4. Eggs (remove from the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature) 2 pcs;
- 5. Flour 4 tbsp;
- 6. Salt 1 tsp;
- 7. Softened butter 200 g;
- 8. Cinnamon 6 tbsp;
- 9. Powdered sugar 70 g;
- 10. Vanilla sugar 30 g;
- 11. Cheese "Mascarpone" 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar (1 tbsp), stir, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs into a foam with a mixer (if there is no mixer, then you can also manually).
Step 3
In another bowl, mix salt and flour. Add half a glass of sugar, eggs, butter (5 tablespoons) and milk with yeast. Knead the dough until it stops sticking.
Step 4
Lubricate the mold with oil, put the dough there, cover with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 5
After the dough has risen, roll it out until its thickness is approximately 3-4 mm.
Step 6
Lubricate one side of the dough with butter.
Step 7
Mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the dough with it in an even layer.
Step 8
Roll up a roll of dough and cut into equal pieces 4 cm thick.
Step 9
Grease the form with butter and spread the buns on it. We leave for 15 minutes.
Step 10
While the buns are standing, turn on the oven 180 degrees.

We bake for 30 minutes.

To prepare the cream, mix the cheese, icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Lubricate hot cinnabons with it.
