- 250 ml of milk;
- 7 gr. dry yeast;
- 150 g butter;
- 150 g Sahara;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 bag of baking powder;
- 600-800 gr. flour;
- 1 yolk;
- salt.
- For filling:
- 100 g Sahara;
- 1, 5 tsp cinnamon powder;
- 30 gr. butter.
- For glaze:
- 50 ml of water;
- 50 gr. Sahara;
- 100 ml of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Add 150 gr. Sugar, salt and butter. Stir and cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Dissolve yeast in a little warm water. Add eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared milk.
Step 3
Sift flour. Add just enough so that the dough is elastic enough. Add baking powder.
Step 4
Knead the dough. It is best to do this on a floured surface. Transfer to a deep dish or saucepan. Place the container in a warm place. Cover and leave for 1 hour to rise about 2 times.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll out of each into a rectangular layer. Brush the rectangles with butter.
Step 6
Combine the cinnamon with the remaining sugar.
Step 7
Spread the sweet cinnamon paste evenly over the entire layer. Roll them up into long rolls. Pinch the edges of each.

Cut the rolls into equal pieces about 3 cm thick.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the buns on top of it, leaving a small distance between them. when baking, the baking will increase in size. Leave it on for 30 minutes. Then brush the top of the buns with whipped yolk.

Preheat the oven, place the baking sheet there. Bake at 180-200 degrees until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).

Mix sugar, water and milk. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes, over low heat.

Lubricate the finished buns with 2-3 layers of icing. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
