Delicious fried pork marinated in homemade mayonnaise will amaze you with its taste. Lemon juice will add a light, regular sourness to the dish. More oil will make the meat more juicy. Confidence in the quality of the products is another plus in favor of mayonnaise, which is why it is used.

It is necessary

  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - breadcrumbs;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt - 2 tsp;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
  • - slightly refined vegetable - 150 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - pork pulp - 2 kg.

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the pork across the grain, making 2 centimeters thick slices. Put pepper, salt, raw egg in a deep small bowl. Whisk everything with a fork. Please note that the oil must be refined, otherwise the meat's own flavor will be lost. Pour in 50 g of oil.

Step 2

Beat the mixture vigorously. The oil should cease to be a separate fraction, and the mass should become thick.

Step 3

After mixing all the oil, pour in another 50 g of oil. Continue whisking until the mixture becomes whiter and thicker.

Step 4

Pour in the remaining 50 g of butter, beat well. The sauce will become similar in consistency to thick jelly and will become almost white in color. Pour in vinegar or lemon juice, stir.

Step 5

Dip the meat slices into the sauce and place in a bowl. Cover the top of the bowl with something to keep the meat from getting windy. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably for a day - everything will depend on the type of meat.

Step 6

Dip the marinated pieces in breadcrumbs. If there is not enough meat prepared, but there is a lot of marinade, peel off the excess mayonnaise before breading using the blunt side of the knife.

Step 7

Fry the pork in vegetable oil until tender on each side. Set the fire to medium, or slightly higher. The finished dish can be served, for example, with a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
