If you have some minced meat left, which is not enough for something full, like cutlets, make meat zrazy. Having prepared this dish, you get both meat and a side dish at the same time.

It is necessary

  • - 700 g minced meat;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - 2 boiled eggs;
  • - green onions;
  • - 100 g of dried mushrooms.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the mushrooms for a couple of hours, then boil until tender. Pass with the eggs through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion. If desired, you can replace green onions with finely chopped onions. Stir all ingredients.

Step 2

You can choose one of the following methods to generate the images. First, put the minced meat on a polyethylene film and level it so that you get an oblong cake. Place the filling in the middle. Now stick your hands under the plastic wrap and join the edges of the cake together. The second way - form a minced meat cake in the palm of your hand, put the filling on it and connect the edges. If the edges of the cake are small, put some more minced meat on the filling to completely close and level.

Step 3

Tighten the resulting zazu well, beat it off with your hands from all sides, give it an oval shape. Dip the formed zrazy in breadcrumbs, fry over medium heat until cooked on both sides.
