Potatoes are popular not only on an ordinary day, but also on holidays! But on the festive table, an ordinary potato should take on an "elegant" look, turn from Cinderella into a fairy-tale princess. Therefore, we get down to business and prepare delicious potatoes stuffed with mushrooms, which will become the most important edible decoration.
It is necessary
- -800 grams of potatoes,
- -80 ml of vegetable oil (40 ml for potatoes, 10 ml for lubricating the mold and 30 ml for mushrooms),
- - a little salt,
- -1 onion,
- -500 grams of champignons,
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -1 tsp flour
- -250 grams of sour cream,
- - a little black pepper,
- - some Italian herbs,
- - a little parsley,
- -150 grams of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Grease the heat-resistant container with oil.
Step 2
We wash the potatoes well, do not peel them, dry them with paper towels, grease them with oil and salt to taste.
Step 3
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake the potatoes until tender (they should become soft) for about an hour.
Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We wash the champignons and cut into slices.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion cubes until golden. Then add mushrooms to the onion and fry for ten minutes (evaporate the liquid).
Step 6
Peel the garlic cloves, chop finely and mix with the mushrooms in a frying pan. Add flour and fry for another two minutes. Then add sour cream, Italian herbs to the pan, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
Step 7
We wash the parsley, chop and mix with mushrooms.
Step 8
Carefully remove the top from the finished baked potato. We take out the pulp (we form pockets with walls half a centimeter thick).
Step 9
Add a small part of the potato pulp to the mushroom filling, mix. Fill potato pockets with filling, sprinkle with cheese on top.
Step 10
Put the stuffed potatoes in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. The potatoes and the filling are ready, we need the cheese to melt and brown, so we periodically monitor the preparation of the dish.
Step 11
Put the finished potatoes with mushroom filling on a beautiful plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
