Preheat the milk before kneading the dough. It should be warm, but not more than 40 degrees. Drain the milk into a deep bowl and add sugar and yeast to it. Leave to stand at room temperature. In 15-20 minutes, the yeast will begin to act, bubbles will appear.

Be sure to sift the flour, do not be lazy. The dough rises better from such flour. And at the same time, accidental ingress of foreign bodies into the products is excluded.
Step 3
Pour butter into milk with yeast, add salt, mix and gradually add flour. Substitute for non-steep dough. Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. Once the dough is good, divide it into 10 wedges.
Step 4
Roll each part into an even rectangular layer. On one side of the dough, place a slab of processed cheese, on the other, cut it so that it looks like a comb. The width of the strips is 1.5 cm. Roll the dough from the side of the cheese into a roll, pin the edges.
Step 5
Place oiled baking paper on the sheet. Lay out the semi-finished products, leave covered for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Break a clean egg, separating the yolk from the white. Use the protein in another recipe, whisk the yolk with a whisk. Grease the cheese buns with the yolk mass and bake for 15-20 minutes.
