Delicate and airy buns with sausage cheese are a good alternative to the usual and boring bread at the table. With such buns, any dish will become much tastier and more interesting. At the same time, there is nothing difficult in their preparation, and the ingredients can be found in any store.
It is necessary
- - Cheese "Sausage" 200 g
- - Yeast 1 pc.
- - Flour 2 tbsp.
- - Sugar
- - Salt
- - Garlic 1 clove.
- - Egg yolk 1 pc.
- - Sesame seeds
- - Milk: 0.5 tbsp
- - Dry mustard: 1 h / l
Instructions
Step 1
Take a bag of dry yeast and fill it with warm water, half a glass will be enough. Stir gently and leave to brew for twenty minutes. Let's do the test for now.
Step 2
On a grater three sausage cheese, it will give a smoky taste to buns and a creamy aromatic shade. Add a finely chopped clove of garlic to the same bowl.
Put a teaspoon of mustard there and mix everything.
Step 3
When the yeast is well dissolved, you can combine it with two glasses of flour, add a little sugar so that the dough is not bland, and be sure to salt it. To make the dough elastic and resilient, add warm milk. Now, like any yeast dough, it needs to "come up", for this we will remove it for 1-2 hours in a warm place.
Step 4
Now that the dough has "come up", combine it with the cheese. We put our "kolobok" on the board and begin to knead it. The more you knead the dough, the more airy and fluffy it will be.
Step 5
Cut the dough into several pieces and roll up small balls. We carefully level them and get blanks for our buns. Lubricate each bun with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
We put a baking sheet with buns in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
