- 300 ml of water;
- 3 pods of cardamom;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 5 pieces. carnations;
- 4 things. star anise;
- 0.5 teaspoon anise powder;
- 3 sprigs of mint;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 75 g sugar.

Step 1
Try making a quirky hot citrus salad. To make the dish taste richer, use several types of citrus fruits at once - oranges, pink and yellow grapefruits, pomelo, limes. Cut a thin strip of zest from each fruit and chop it into thin strips. Cut off the tops and bottoms of the fruit, stand the fruit upright and remove the peel by sliding the knife from top to bottom. Turn the fruit on its side and carefully cut it into circles, making cuts near the membranes. Remove hard partitions.
Step 2
Juice two oranges. Peel and chop the ginger root. Pour water into a saucepan, add ginger and sugar. While stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove the ginger from the syrup and add the zest straw. Cook for 1 more minute, remove the zest and remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3
Add fruit juice to the syrup, stir and add the fruit wedges. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from heat, put the fruit in the bowls, pouring syrup over them. Serve the dessert immediately, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

The Chinese-style fruit salad also has a very original taste. Its peculiarity is a rich pouring syrup. Lightly crush the cardamom pods with a knife blade, pluck the leaves from the mint sprigs, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Put the ingredients in a saucepan, pour 300 ml of water, add a cinnamon stick, anise stars and ground anise, cloves and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat and cool.
Step 5
Peel the banana and oranges. Cut the banana into circles, disassemble the oranges into slices, remove the films and divide each slice into two parts. Large gooseberries, strawberry halves, orange and peach slices, banana slices, grapes. Pour the syrup over the fruit platter and set aside in the cold. Garnish the salad with mint leaves before serving.
