To diversify the classic omelet, with which many prefer to start the morning, you can add a young zucchini to it. The dish will turn out to be tasty and satisfying, but at the same time not very high in calories.
It is necessary
- - medium zucchini (about 300-350 g);
- - 4 eggs;
- - 30 g sour cream;
- - 30-40 g of grated cheese;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of flour;
- - a pinch of sugar;
- - salt to taste;
- - a tablespoon of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Cut the zucchini into circles about 0.7 cm thick and roll them in flour on both sides.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a pan that can be used for the oven. Fry the zucchini on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix 1 egg, sour cream, sugar and salt. When the mixture is smooth, add the remaining eggs.
Step 4
Sprinkle the zucchini with grated cheese and fill with the egg mixture.
Step 5
We bake the omelet in the oven for 15 minutes, serve immediately.
