Mix the ingredients, put in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry, add soy sauce, fruit juice, vinegar. Add sugar and ketchup, stir and boil. Dissolve the starch in water and pour into a saucepan in a thin stream, stirring all the time. Cook the sauce until thick and remove from heat.

Sauce in Chinese can be made on the basis of pineapple and juice from it. To do this, you will need: 2 cups of canned pineapples, 0.5 tbsp. pineapple juice, 50 g sugar, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons each. soy sauce and tomato ketchup, 1 tsp. ginger root (grated), 1 tbsp. starch (better than corn). Pour vinegar, soy sauce, fruit juice into a saucepan, add sugar and ketchup, stir. Stir the starch in the water. Bring the mixture in a saucepan to a boil over medium heat, add finely chopped pineapple and ginger. Bring to a boil again, add the diluted starch, cook until thick, and remove the sauce from heat.

Sweet and sour pineapple sauce is best served with fish.

To make a “quick” sauce, you need rice vinegar. Ingredients: 1/3 tbsp. rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons brown (cane) sugar, 2 tsp. corn starch, 1 tsp. soy sauce. Mix the starch thoroughly with water. Combine rice vinegar with granulated sugar, soy sauce, ketchup in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring all the time. Pour the starch into the mixture and cook the sauce until thickened.

The sauce that can be served with meat is prepared as follows. You will need: 1 medium pickled cucumber, 1 tablespoon. rast. butter, 2 tsp. potato starch, 3 tsp. cognac, 0.5 tsp. vinegar (wine or 3%), 2 tsp. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. tomato paste, 1 tsp. ginger. Chop a pickled cucumber, place in a hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes. In a separate saucepan, stir together the tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, starch, cognac until smooth. Add water to the resulting mixture, continue stirring. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and simmer for 5 minutes.

If the sauce is served with fatty meat, the digestion of the dish improves.

Poultry sauce is prepared as follows. Prepare the following ingredients: 150 g sugar, 375 ml 3% vinegar, 125 ml ketchup, salt, spices, 1 tbsp. soy sauce. Combine sugar and vinegar in a saucepan, put on low heat and wait until boiling. Add ketchup, soy sauce, salt, spices to the resulting mixture. Continue to cook it over low heat for a few minutes. To make the finished sauce thicker, you can add a little flour to it.
