  • - zest of 1 orange;
  • - 20 ml of orange liqueur;
  • - 100 g flour;
  • - 200 g of orange jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Knead the dough. Mash one egg with sugar, add 200 g butter and a pinch of salt. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Then add cocoa and sifted flour. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1, 5 - 2 hours.

Step 2

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a special tart dish. Spread the dough in a thin layer over the mold. Stick with a fork. Place in the oven to bake for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a water bath along with 250 g of butter. Mash 6 eggs with the remaining sugar. Heat the cream and pour it in a thin stream into the sugar and egg mixture, stirring constantly. Whisk until creamy.

Step 4

Stir in melted chocolate and orange liqueur to the cream. Rub the zest from one orange and add half to the cream. Pour in 100 g of flour and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Spread the finished dough base with orange jam. Spread out the chocolate mass and bake everything for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tart with the remaining zest, icing sugar and cocoa powder.
