Step-by-step dough preparation process:
• Fill a glass with milk, add fresh yeast and add sugar to a spoon. Shake everything with a spoon. Now the yeast should work, so leave the dough alone for 25-20 minutes. Combine the eggs with the remaining sugar with a blender until a light foam consistency. Cover a deep bowl with flour, pour in chilled ghee, frothy eggs and active dough. Make a good dough with a blender. It should not stick to the dishes (if necessary, increase the amount of flour in the dough). Wrap the bowl with the base in foil for 50-45 minutes, that is, give the yeast a chance to express itself again.
