Probably, in every national cuisine of Asian peoples, you can find soups that painfully resemble our favorite okroshka, but, as a rule, they are prepared without adding energetically valuable products to the composition, such as potatoes, eggs and boiled meat or sausage. This is largely due to the different climates between our countries, because in an area with abnormally hot and dry summers, the main purpose of a cold soup is to quench thirst, and not to saturate.
It is necessary
- -2 large cucumbers
- -1 bunch of red radish
- -1 bunch of parsley
- -1 small bunch of green onions
- -1 l of sour milk or yogurt
- -1 l of cold sparkling water
- - ground red pepper, salt

Step 1
Wash greens, radishes and cucumbers under running water, if the cucumbers are not young, peel them from the peel and seeds, and finely chop into strips or cubes, or grate on a coarse grater, chop the greens.
Step 2
Mix the sour milk with soda water and pour over the vegetables with the dressing, salt and season with red pepper. Before serving, be sure to let the soup brew for 20-30 minutes.

Serve the chalop well chilled; you can also add finely chopped ice to the cold soup.
