    • 1 clove of garlic

Step 1

Hard-boiled eggs in lightly salted water. It is better to choose homemade eggs for okroshka. Since they usually have a brighter yolk. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Wait for the potatoes and eggs to cool.

Step 2

Wash vegetables, apples and herbs well under running water and pat dry with napkins or waffle towels.

Peel the cucumbers, potatoes and apples and cut them into small cubes, no more than one centimeter on a side. Chop the radish into thin half rings. The finer the food is cut, the tastier the okroshka will be. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Chop the whites into cubes and pour into a saucepan, and set the yolks aside. Chop the herbs finely and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
