Starch noodles - funchose - a popular food product in Asian countries. It is made from rice starch, soy starch, and even sweet potato starch. The latter is especially popular in Korea, where such noodles serve as the basis for many delicious dishes like this.
It is necessary
- For 1 serving:
- 90 g starch noodles;
- 10 peeled king prawns;
- Half a medium carrot;
- Half a red bell pepper;
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil;
- 1, 5 tbsp. soy sauce;
- Black pepper, green onions, sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the noodles for 4 - 5 minutes in boiling water, put them in a colander and cut them right in it with scissors. Season with 3/4 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. sesame oil.
Step 2
Cut the pepper and carrots into thin strips (it is better to grate the carrots on a special grater).
Heat 1 tsp in a skillet. sesame oil, put vegetables in there, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, add shrimp, garlic and the remaining soy sauce, cook for another minute. Put the noodles with vegetables and shrimp and keep on the fire for a couple of minutes, adding a little water or broth if necessary.
Step 3
Serve immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions. Bon Appetit!
