In 15–20 minutes you can prepare a hearty and appetizing dish. Even a child can do the recipe. These sandwiches are perfect for breakfast or a picnic trip.
It is necessary
- - 2 buns with sesame seeds;
- - 100 g of fresh or pickled mushrooms;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 1 small cucumber;
- - 1 piece of onion;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 100 g of olive or vegetable oil;
- - greens (dill, parsley, cilantro), salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and peeled onion. For sandwiches, you can use any mushrooms, but champignons or honey mushrooms are especially tasty.
Step 2
Saute the onion in hot oil. Add chopped mushrooms to it, fry the mixture, stirring constantly, no more than 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cut the buns into 2 halves. Press down the middle of the crumb with a spoon or fingers. Place several thin slices of cucumber and tomato in the groove, alternating between them. Salt. Place a layer of mushrooms and onions on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Place the sandwiches in an oven preheated to 200 C. Roasting time: 7-10 minutes.
Place ready-made sandwiches on a platter and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
