While vegetables are fried, you need to grate the cheese, break the eggs into a container and mix the cheese with the eggs with a whisk until a more or less homogeneous mass. If you decide to add sausage, then you need to cut it into cubes. Add sausage to vegetables when they are melted and tender.

When the vegetables and sausage are fried, season with salt, season as desired, and top with the egg and cheese mixture. Mix the eggs and vegetables well. Set the multicooker to the "Multi Cook" or similar mode, which allows you to set the time and temperature manually. Cooking time 25 minutes, temperature 110 degrees. The dish is ready in 25 minutes!
