- - 100 g of natural honey;

Rinse fresh apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits.

Whisk softened butter with honey and powdered sugar. Separate the yolks from the whites (you need to take the eggs at room temperature!), Add the yolks to the butter, beat for a couple more minutes.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the honey-butter mass, mix again.

Beat the egg whites and lemon juice separately until a thick foam forms, add to the dough and knead.

Pre-cover the form with baking paper, and coat the sides with oil. Place the dough in it. Arrange the apricot halves on top, cut down. It is better to take a mold with a diameter of 26 cm for this amount of dough.
