Blackberry jelly is an Australian dish. Blackberries contain many useful properties: vitamins of group B, C, E, K, P, PP, sucrose, glucose, fructose. As well as potassium, manganese and copper.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 lemon
- - 120 g brown sugar
- - 500 g blackberries
- - 2 plates of gelatin
- - 3 egg whites
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the blackberries well first. Add 120 g brown sugar to the blackberries.
Step 2
Pour 300 ml of cold water into a bowl and put 2 plates of gelatin in water for 15 minutes to soften.
Step 3
Cut the crust from half of the lemon and put it on the berry, put the pan on the fire, and cook over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the lemon peel, pass the berries through a sieve.
Step 4
Add soaked gelatin to the blackberry mass and mix everything well, add 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 water, mix and remove to a cold place.
Step 5
Whisk the whites. While stirring, pour them in portions into the dessert. Then pour into molds and refrigerate overnight.
