  • - 3 tbsp. l. water
  • - 1 tsp. granulated sugar

  • - 190 g flour
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 clove of garlic
  • - 300 g of mushrooms
  • - 600 g chicken fillet
  • - 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • - 200 g cream
  • - 60 g of hard cheese
  • - 1 egg
  • - pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

First, combine the granulated sugar, flour and salt. Cut the butter into small cubes. Place the butter and flour mixture in a blender and blend until crumbled.

Step 2

Mix wine vinegar with cold water. Add it to the flour crumbs and stir to form the dough into a lump.

Step 3

Make a ball out of the dough. Wrap with cling film, make a cake with a rolling pin, put the dough in a cold place for 3-5 hours.

Step 4

Prepare the filling. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, the mushrooms into cubes. Chop the onion finely. Take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Then remove from heat.

Step 5

Fry the onions in a skillet, add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid evaporates completely, salt and pepper to taste, add flour, nutmeg and fry everything together. Add fillet and cream, simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken the cream. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

Step 6

Remove the dough, roll it into a circle, about 30-32 cm in diameter. Attach a large plate and trim the edges. Place the rolled dough in a cold place for 15-20 minutes. Roll out 2 biscuits from the scraps and then also put in a cold place.

Step 7

Place the dough on a baking sheet, step back 2.5-3 cm from the edge, put the filling in the middle. Place the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch. Brush the dough with an egg and sprinkle the cheese on the biscuit.

Step 8

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown.
