This option for cooking chicken breast is suitable for a festive table and for every day. Cheese and mayonnaise will complement dry chicken meat with the necessary juiciness and aroma.
It is necessary
- - chicken breast - 4 pcs.;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - lettuce leaves - a bunch;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 25 tablespoons;
- - greens - at the discretion;
- - salt and pepper, other spices - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse pre-thawed chicken breasts in running water. Pat dry with tea towels. Cut into thin layers, which slightly beat off. Brush each broken part with the selected spices, salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and leave to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
While the meat is saturated with the aroma of spices, prepare the filling for the future dish. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, finely chop it. Wash greens, shake off excess liquid, chop finely. Grate the cheese with a grater, set aside a third of the cheese. Mix the rest with garlic and herbs.
Step 3
Rinse lettuce leaves in warm water and dry. Place a leaf of lettuce on each broken chicken breast plate. Place some of the cheese filling on top of the sheet. Roll the food gently into a roll. Use wooden toothpicks to secure the semi-finished products together if necessary.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan with butter. Fry the rolls on both sides until a beautiful crust is formed.
Step 5
Prepare the oven, heat it to 200 degrees. Put the fried rolls in a baking dish, brush them with mayonnaise and cover with the remaining grated cheese. Place the rolls in the oven for 15 minutes. Boyar-style chicken dish harmonizes well with any side dish.
