Dory fish stewed in wine

You will need: Dory fish -1 kg, butter - 0.5 tablespoons, 0.5 lemons, a little flour, bay leaves, herbs, spices to taste, half a glass of Madeira.

Peel the fish, add spices to taste. Add butter to a saucepan, then add wine, bay leaf. Put the fish in a saucepan and simmer in wine until cooked. Drain the sauce after cooking the fish, add salt, a little flour to get a thicker consistency and boil. Serve the fish with sauce and vegetables.
