The dish called "Apple Accordion" has an amazing taste! All this thanks to the combination of butter dough with apples. Take your time and prepare such a treat.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - wheat flour - 300 g;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - fresh yeast - 20 g;
- - milk - 130 ml;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - salt - a pinch.
- For filling:
- - apples - 3 pcs.;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - cocoa - 1 tablespoon;
- - butter - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar and yeast, then mix them with warm milk. Stir the dough thoroughly and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the prepared dough with melted butter, wheat flour and salt. Mix the mixture as it should, until it is completely homogeneous. As a result, the dough will be very smooth and will not stick to your hands. Cover it, for example, with a towel and let rise in warmth for about 60 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the apples off first. Then remove the seed box from the core and grind with a coarse grater.
Step 4
The dough has risen. Turn it into a thin layer and brush thoroughly with butter with a brush. Sprinkle with a dry mixture of ingredients such as cocoa powder, cinnamon and granulated sugar on top. Place crushed apples on this mass.
Step 5
Cut the filled dough into 6 equal strips. Lay each of them on top of each other. Divide the formed "structure" into 6 pieces of equal size.
Step 6
Place the dough pieces vertically in a greased muffin pan. Leave in this form for half an hour.
Step 7
After the expiration of the time, the dish is sent to the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes. "Apple accordion" is ready!
