Strawberry Raffaello, what could be more unusual? Summer is coming very soon, strawberries are a unique berry that is very healthy, tasty and low in calories.
An exquisite, light dessert will not leave anyone indifferent. Your guests will be delighted with such a delicious treat.
- Strawberries - 400 gr;
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- Sugar - 10 tbsp. l;
- Cottage cheese - 500 gr;
- Flour - approximately 4 tbsp. l;
- Butter - 60 gr;
- Breadcrumbs - as needed;
- Coconut flakes - as needed;
- Mint - 1 bunch.
- Beat eggs with sugar in a blender, then add butter, cottage cheese and continue to beat until butter and cottage cheese are fluffy.
- Then add flour to the resulting mass, knead a light dough, which should stick slightly to your hands.
- Pinch off small pieces from a piece of dough and make cakes from it. Put strawberries inside.
- Roll the dough into balls, sprinkle your hands with flour.
- We put a saucepan on the fire, wait for the water to boil, throw our balls there and boil for about 5 minutes (they should float up).
- We take out the balls, roll them in a mixture of crackers and coconut flakes.
- Put the rafaello on a plate, decorate with strawberries and mint.
