White Chocolate Covered Peanut Truffles

You will need:

- 300 ml of icing sugar;

- 120 g butter at room temperature;

- 150 ml of natural peanut butter;

- 4 bars (100 g each) of high quality white chocolate.

Preparation

In a suitable bowl, combine soft butter, peanut butter and sugar. Roll out balls from the resulting mass and send them to the freezer for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a water bath (I do not recommend doing this in the microwave - white chocolate is much more "capricious" than dark or milk chocolate!) And cool it slightly.

Line a board or large plate with baking paper.

Using two forks, gently dip each ball into the chocolate and place on the prepared surface. Send the truffles to the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate. If desired, sweets can be decorated with some kind of confectionery sprinkle or waffle crumb.

Peanut butter squares with chocolate icing

You will need:

- 150 ml of butter;

- 300 ml of crushed crackers (lingering cookies are wonderful);

- 300 ml of icing sugar;

- 225 ml peanut butter;

- 300 ml of grated chocolate.

First of all, melt the chocolate - when working with dark chocolate, you can use both a water bath and a microwave.

Mix the crushed cookies with the powder and melted butter, then add the nut butter to the mixture.

Spread a deep enough baking dish with pegment or foil in several layers and tamp the nut mixture into it. Smooth the top with a silicone spatula or spoon and cover with chocolate icing.

Refrigerate for a few hours. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving to make the dessert easier to cut!
