Usually fresh corn cobs are boiled. But it turns out that you can even bake corn. With the addition of various spices, a rather unusual but tasty result is obtained. Try Mexican-style corn.
It is necessary
- - 2 ears of corn;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream 15% fat;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 pinches of ground black pepper;
- - ground red pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to warm up to 200 degrees. Peel the corn cobs of leaves.
Step 2
Wrap the corn cobs in two layers of foil. Bake them for 40 minutes at the indicated temperature.
Step 3
Mix salt with black and red pepper.
Step 4
Expand the corn, coat with sour cream on all sides.
Step 5
Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and salt on top.
Step 6
Serve the Mexican corn warm. You can put the cobs on the lettuce leaves.
