"Coffee" cake is a sponge cake with a pleasant coffee aroma and taste. It turns out to be very soft and tender, it just melts in the mouth, and it is quite simple to prepare.

- -1 tbsp. flour
- -0.5 tsp soda (quenched)
- For the cream:
- -4 tsp ground coffee
- - an incomplete glass of water
- -4 tsp Sahara
- -1 tbsp. l. vodka

Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar for 20 minutes in a mixer. The sugar should completely dissolve, and the mass should increase in volume.
Step 2
Gently add flour into the egg-sugar mixture, mix well, add soda, mix.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Now, either divide the dough into 3 equal portions and bake separately, or bake one crust and then cut into 3 portions. One cake is cooked for about 25 minutes, and small cakes for about 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
Brew coffee in a Turk: pour in an incomplete glass of water, vodka, add coffee and sugar. Cook until done like regular coffee.
Step 5
Saturate the coffee cakes. Place in a warm place for 30 minutes. The cake is ready. have a nice tea!
