- - cottage cheese - 1, 5 glasses

Slightly warm kefir with a fat content of no more than 2.5%, to room temperature or a little warmer, add salt and soda and stir quickly until a thick dense foam appears.
Now put flour into the mixture and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Flour will need the highest grade wheat for general use. We knead the thick dough, leaving no time to rest, immediately pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased mold. Lay the prepared cottage cheese on top with an even layer. Fill the filling with the remaining dough, smooth the surface of the future cake.
Step 2
In order to prepare the filling, we take cottage cheese of any fat content, rub it so that there are no grains, but a cream would be obtained, while you can add a little kefir or sour cream, or milk to make the process easier. Now add sugar or salt, you can have herbs and a little garlic, some spices to taste.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 1 hour.
Cool the finished pie a little and can be removed from the mold. Cheesecake is served warm or cold.
