Many have heard of such a dish as lasagna. But not everyone knows that this dish has many variations, one way or another differing from each other. Lasagna is a kind of cult dish. Therefore, in addition to certain products, each of its types has its own legend. Ajada is usually served at Christmas, as a symbol of the first garments of Jesus Christ.

It is necessary

  • - sheets of dough for lasagna - 400 grams;
  • - olive oil - 150 milliliters;
  • - shelled walnuts - 200 grams;
  • - butter - 100 grams;
  • - white bread crumb - 150 grams;
  • - cloves of garlic - 4 pieces;
  • - Parmesan cheese - 60 grams;
  • - favorite seasonings - at the discretion.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to prepare the nuts, garlic and bread. Pour boiling water over walnuts and leave for a few minutes. At this time, it is necessary to peel the garlic from the skin, and chop the crumb of bread into crumbs and dry in the microwave. Drain the water from the container with nuts and remove all films from them.

Step 2

Then transfer all the prepared ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or use a blender. Pour olive oil into them, add your favorite seasonings and grind until smooth. Boil and salt water in a deep saucepan. Boil the dough sheets in it until half cooked, according to the recommendations on the package.

Put the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Step 3

Grease a suitable baking dish with butter and lay in the first few sheets of lasagna. Place one quarter of the garlic and nut sauce on them, put a small piece of butter in the center and sprinkle with a quarter of the grated Parmesan. Lay out three more layers in the same way, or until the sheets of dough run out. The last layer should always be sauce, butter and cheese. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve ajada hot, dividing into portions and garnish with a sprig of herbs.
