Turkey with potatoes is a fairly hearty dish that is perfect for a weekend.
It is necessary
- 600 grams of turkey fillet,
- 800 grams of potatoes,
- one teaspoon of ground paprika,
- half a teaspoon of basil,
- 2 pinches of curry
- some salt
- some ground pepper,
- 7 cloves of garlic
- half a teaspoon of poultry seasoning,
- half a teaspoon of potato seasoning,
- 2 bay leaves,
- sprig of rosemary,
- green onions for garnishing and serving.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and put in a bowl. Add potato seasoning, paprika, basil, salt a little (to taste) and add chopped garlic cloves. The garlic can be finely chopped or passed through a garlic press. Mix potatoes with spices well and add vegetable oil.
Step 2
We wash the meat and cut into small pieces.
Put the pieces of turkey in a bowl. Add poultry seasoning, curry to the meat, add a little salt and pepper to taste, mix. Add pieces of potatoes to a bowl with turkey and mix, add two leaves of lavrushka.
Step 3
Transfer the meat and potatoes to a baking dish. Add rosemary if desired. Cover the form with foil. We bake the turkey for one hour at 180 degrees.
We remove the foil, check the meat for readiness and put the form in the oven to brown for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished hot dish with green onions and any fresh herbs. We gather loved ones at the table and enjoy a delicious lunch (or dinner).
