  • - black peppercorns - 4 pcs;
  • - apple juice - 600 ml;

  • - juice of 1 lemon;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - grated zest of 1 lemon;
  • - olive oil - 3 tablespoons;

Step 1

The meat must be washed and cut into small pieces in the form of slices. Chop the garlic, and do this with the basil: wash, dry and separate the branches from the leaves.

Step 2

Now you need to make a marinade for the meat. To do this, combine foods such as lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and basil leaves in one bowl. Put the chopped turkey in this mixture, mix everything thoroughly and send to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remember to cover the marinade bowl with a lid.

Step 3

Pour the gelatin into a separate bowl and add half a glass of apple juice to it. Leave the mixture on for a quarter of an hour. The remaining juice from apples must be poured into a saucepan, add bay leaf, salt, black peppercorns to it, put on fire and let it boil. Then let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf from it and combine with the gelatinous mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

Take a rectangular shape and pour 4 tablespoons of the juice and gelatin mixture into it and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Then remove and place the turkey and grapefruit meat on it so that they alternate. Pour out the rest of the gelatinous mass and send the dish to the refrigerator. Keep it there until it hardens. The turkey jell is ready!
