Turkish berek is a dish from Turkish cuisine. Berek are baked tubules made from pita bread cut into triangles, and the filling is made from cheese, herbs and spices.

- - 1 pita bread
- - 400 g yogurt or sour cream (natural, sour cream can be used)
- - 150 ml of milk
- - 2 eggs
- - 30 ml olive or vegetable oil
- - 500 g feta or feta cheese
- - parsley dill
- - salt, pepper to taste

Step 1
Take pita bread and cut it into equal triangles.

Then mash the cheese until smooth. Chop the parsley and dill, add to the cheese and mix well.

Grease each triangle of dough with vegetable oil, put the filling on it and spread over the entire surface of the triangle.

Roll from wide end to narrow end and place tightly together in a baking dish.

Next, we prepare the fill. Mix milk, eggs, olive oil in a mixer, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Fill the tubes with fill. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Before serving, dampen a clean towel and cover our baking dish. The top layer will soften, and then you can cut into portions.
