Altea salad is an excellent option for serving guests as well as for a daily diet. The combination of chicken breast, vegetables and fruits enriches the salad with a bright taste. Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
1 pear
1 apple
Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.

Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Dill
Parsley
Olives - 150 g

Preparation:
Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly. Add water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Dip the chicken in boiling water. Boil the fillets in salted water until tender, for 20-25 minutes. Cool the cooked meat.
Scald a sour apple with boiling water. Remove the skin. Finely dice the peeled apple. Slice the pear in the same way, having previously peeled it off.
Peel the bell peppers of different colors from the seeds, and cut them into thin strips.
Cut the white onions into half rings. Marinate it in a mixture of olive oil, sugar, salt and wine vinegar for 15 minutes.
The chilled chicken fillet must be cut into small cubes. Place all ingredients in a deep salad bowl. Remove the onion from the marinade and add the half rings to the mix. Season with spices and salt to taste.
Season the resulting salad with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly. Prepare the salad for serving. Top it with herbs like dill, cilantro or parsley.
