Meat requires a little more cooking qualifications, nevertheless, and this is a profitable business. When you have time to cook something serious, make this delicious stew.
- 1 kg of lamb meat with rib bones,
- 1 kg of potatoes,
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g turnips
- 200 g onions,
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato sauce,
- 1/3 part of Art. sour cream,
- 2 parsley roots,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour
- salt,
- ground black pepper,
- black peppercorns,
- Bay leaf,
- 150 g melted fat
- parsley.
Take the meat with rib bones and chop it into pieces. Mix the salt with ground black pepper and rub the pieces of meat.
We take a frying pan, fry the meat over high heat and transfer it to a cauldron. Pour a little water into the pan where the meat was fried, boil for 1-2 minutes and also pour it into the cauldron. We put the cauldron on the fire, add tomato sauce to the meat, cover and simmer over low heat for 35-45 minutes.
Now we take potatoes, carrots, turnips. Wash, clean and cut into large cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. Rinse the parsley roots thoroughly and chop finely.
Fry vegetables and roots in a frying pan in hot fat, and then dump it all into a cauldron. Then we salt, throw in the bay leaf, black peppercorns, sour cream mixed with wheat flour. Simmer until cooked under a closed lid. Garnish with parsley when serving. Bon Appetit!
