French chefs and culinary specialists have invented a great variety of magnificent and amazing in their taste and appearance, dishes that people from all over the world have already appreciated.

One of the best French culinary masterpieces, perhaps, is such an amazing dessert called "parfait", which in Russian means "impeccable" and "beautiful".

Parfait is a melting-in-your-mouth, very aromatic and cold delicacy, and it can be prepared from a variety of products.

One of the best treats is the Kiwano parfait with toasted almonds, and you can prepare it from the following set of ingredients:

- fresh Kiwano fruits (six pieces);

- fresh greens (one bunch);

- freshly squeezed orange juice (from one fruit);

- whole almond kernels (4 tablespoons);

- egg yolks (4 pieces);

- low-fat natural yogurt (320 g);

- fructose (62 g);

- sour cream is not very fat (110 g);

- maple syrup (4 tablespoons);

- the cream is not very fat (110 g).

Cut all the kiwano fruits into equal halves, scoop out all the pulp with a spoon, and then rub it twice through a sieve. Add Kiwano pulp to freshly squeezed orange juice, mix everything very thoroughly.

Combine all egg yolks with hot boiled water (3 tablespoons) and fructose, then beat well until a very strong foam.

To this egg mixture, gently add a mixture of orange juice and kiwano pulp and maple syrup.

Whisk the cream thoroughly in a separate container, then stir it with sour cream and natural yogurt and mix everything. Combine this mixture with the previously prepared kiwano mixture, then transfer to a rectangular grooved shape, having previously seasoned. Put the cooked kiwano parfait in the refrigerator overnight, take it out the next morning and garnish with fried almonds.

Before placing the cooked parfait on a serving plate, the form in which it is located should be quickly dipped in a container of hot water. After that, the Kiwano parfait should be quickly tipped onto a serving platter, cut into equal pieces and garnished with fresh herbs and toasted almonds.

If you wish, the dish can be served with pre-melted bitter chocolate or whipped cream.
