Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Soak the bread in water. Mix chopped veal with onion, eggs, parsley, soaked and pressed bread. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Blind small round cutlets and flatten slightly. Heat 1 spoonful of vegetable oil and one spoonful of butter in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets until golden brown.

Peel and grate potatoes. Salt and pepper. Heat the remaining butter and oil in a skillet and fry the small pancakes in it.
