Cake is a common decoration of every festive table. But who said that you definitely need to wait for the holiday in order to feast on them? This simple and delicious chocolate cake is quick to prepare and is perfect for tea with your family.
- 2 eggs
-200-220 grams of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of natural cocoa powder
- 1 glass of fat sour cream
- about 1 glass of flour
- a little salt (3-4 grams)
- a teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 grams of thick sour cream
- one third of a glass of milk
- one fourth of a glass of sugar
- 2-3 teas. cocoa spoons
- 30-40 g drain oil
Preparation:
1. Combine all the products necessary for making a biscuit in a suitable container and mix into a homogeneous mass (you can use a mixer).
2. Pour the resulting dough into a round or square dish, pre-oiled.
3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (readiness can be checked with a toothpick).
4. Mix sour cream with sugar to obtain a cream.
5. The finished cake should be cut into two parts. The bottom cake should be thicker than the top one.
6. Saturate the bottom cake with cream and place the second cake on top, also soaked on the cut.
7. Prepare the glaze: heat the milk, add cocoa, sugar and butter, bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
8. Pour the icing over the cake.
You can decorate this wonderful cake to your taste: fresh or frozen berries and fruits, coconut flakes or confectionery sprinkles.
