I love Belarusian cuisine, it seems to be simple, without any frills, but how delicious it is. I suggest that you once again be convinced of this.

Instructions
Step 1
We will start preparing this dish by soaking mushrooms and prunes in cold water in the evening. In principle, if you have fresh mushrooms, and even forest mushrooms, actually obtained, so to speak, it will generally be wonderful. Naturally, we will not soak fresh ones. Calmly set aside the bowls and go about our business until the next day with a sense of accomplishment.
Step 2
In the evening of the next day, we will drain the water and begin to create a Belarusian dish. We will do that very Prague citizen.
Let's start by peeling all the vegetables we need.
Step 3
Next, cut the pork into small pieces. We will cut the potatoes and carrots into large enough cubes. But we cut the onion finely.
Step 4
Mix vegetables with pork and fry until half cooked.
Step 5
Now it was the turn of the mushrooms. We boil them, we also cut them quite large. We remove the seeds from the prunes.
Step 6
We put the prepared food in pots, fill it with tomato sauce and simmer until tender. We do this, of course, in the oven.
Serve the Prague dweller directly in pots, after sprinkling with finely chopped herbs.
